Degrees of secret anguish

The topography of a secret site is too complicated to allow for any simple representation: the different degrees of secret anguish relate, indeed, to altogether heterogenous positions, such as: approach, penetration, immergence, oblivion, death.

0 ° = Secret anguish of the 0th degree.
To live without secret anguish, to live without secrets, to live unaware of a secret actually existing.

1 ° = Secret anguish of the 1st degree.
To live fully aware of a secret actually existing, without actually knowing it, but still in possession of the hope to learn it some day.

2 ° = Secret anguish of the 2nd degree.
To live fully aware of a secret actually existing, without actually knowing it, and without any hope to learn it some day.

3 ° = Secret anguish of the 3rd degree.
To live fully aware of a secret actually existing, and actually know it, although having no one to share it with, but still in possession of the hope to share it with some one some day.

4 ° = Secret anguish of the 4th degree.
To live fully aware of a secret actually existing, and actually know it, but having no one to share it with, and no hope ever to share it with anybody.

° = Secret anguish of infinite degree.
To die with a secret.
